Mission Statement

 

The mission of Central Lakes Wireless, Inc. is to provide reasonably priced products and services to our customers, as well as the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Central Lakes Wireless, Inc. is a licensed, bonded, and insured Technology Systems Contractor #TS01572.  All staff are certified Power Limited Technicians in the state of Minnesota, and have a combined experience of 45 years.

Craig, President, retired from the Alexandria Technical College after 22 years of teaching Aviation Electronics and most recently the Wireless Communication & Networking Specialist program.  He is also a certified Instructor for Principles of Trouble Shooting and Quality Control.  Craig holds a FCC Radio Telephone Operator’s license with a Radar Endorsement, a Ham Radio License, as well as a Minnesota Power Limited Technician license.  Craig’s work experience includes Vice President at Alexandria Aircraft LLC, Avionics Shop Manager at American Aviation, Flying Cloud Airport.

Brian, Director of Technology, graduated from Alexandria Technical College, earning an A.A.S. as a Wireless Communications & Networking Specialist.  Brian’s experience includes having worked for RRCNet - a dialup and wireless Internet Service Provider at Red Rock Central schools.  Brian has five years of experience in the computer networking and related fields.  Experiences from RRCNet include installing an IP video surveillance system, infrastructure upgrades, computer repair, over-the-phone tech support, and on-site customer training.  Brian possesses a Minnesota Power Limited Technician license.  Brian has also worked as a Network Support Assistant at Alexandria Technical College.  While working there Brian was involved in many cabling projects, network troubleshooting, the installation of a cell phone repeater, and an upgrade to a Cisco© Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone system.
